Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.

We aim to address and dispatch all orders within 4 working days. If you are in the UK, you should receive your goods within 4 - 7 business days from date of dispatch. For international orders you should receive your goods within 10 - 15 business days from date of dispatch.

We use multiple leading carriers to dispatch goods. Once your purchase has been confirmed we will then notify you via email of your goods being dispatched.

Goods returned because of non-collection will incur an additional postage charge for redelivery. 

We use Royal Mail to send international parcels.

There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by UNIT NINE. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. 



We check every item pre sending, so we are confident in the goods we are sending out.

We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalised

UNIT NINE offer a returns service of all non personalised goods purchased online within 14 working days of receipt of order.

To request a return of item(s) email within 14 working days of receipt of order on 

Upon receipt of goods and after inspection a refund will be issued to the card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account.

​UNIT NINE do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

​The customer is responsible for returning the goods and items should be returned new & unused and all packaging in tact.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer.

​UNIT NINE are not responsible for the cost of return / exchange item postage or insurance. UNIT NINE cannot be held liable for the loss of items returned.

UNIT NINE recommend that you use a registered postal service when completing a return.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.



Damaged / faulty items must be returned in their original condition with all their accompanying accessories.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

In the unlikely event you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will respond to your request within 5 working days.

We will do our best to provide you with a replacement however if one is not available we will issue you with a credit note.
